Inkjet addressing
Although we can provide colour digital printing of postcards most high run post card mailings involve inkjetting the recipients name and address and making it ready for collection by Royal Mail, a DSA provider, or international postal operators.

To obtain the best postage rates we will often use a mixture of postal partners so will also inkjet print the appropriate postal indicia at the same time as we inkjet the address.

Our inkjetting technology is the Domino Amjet Bitjet 212 Inkjet Printing Systems. This provides high quality fast inkjetting of:

• Names and addresses

• Variable postal indicia

• Barcodes

• Return addresses

• Messages

As well as postcard injetting we print directly onto a variety of items including envelopes. brochures, catalogues, one-piece mailers, and polythene wrap.


Automated tabbing
We offer automated tabbing of selfmailers / one piece mailers with our high speed Kirk Rudy tabbing machine. It is a three way tabbing machine, and we stock clear horizontal and verticle perf tabs.

Our tabbing machine is a recent investment and is an example of how we adapt to market demands as self-mailers have grown in popularity. Automating the tabbing process has saved clients money and improved turn around times as tabbing by hand is much more time consuming and costly than using tabbing machines.
