Fundraising material fulfilment
Managing the distribution of fundraising material to trade outlets, offices, hospitals and fundraising volunteers homes is an area where BTB Mailflight offer expertise. We are currently involved in some of the UK's largest regular fundraising campaigns including Fairtrade Fortnight and Christian Aid Week, and we also gear up for emergency donation acquisition campaigns.

Mail order fulfilment
Many charities produce catalogues and online shops where customers can order free literature, or purchase products. BTB Mailflight's principle client for this is Diabetes UK for whom we store over 500 product lines and fulfil thousands of orders per month.

Magazine and journal mailings
Do you keep in touch with your donors through a magazine or newsletter? Many charities do, and magazine mailings are a core service provided by BTB Mailflight. We handle magazine mailings for the likes of British Heart Foundation, Diabetes UK and Mencap as well as fulfilling some of the UK's best know magazines e.g. Radio Times, NME, Countrylife and The Economist.

We also store back issues of magazines and journals that we then fulfill on demand.

Banking and thanking
Banking and thanking includes receipt of mail, mail sorting and batching, opening, scanning, data capture, banking, reconciliation, and archiving. Followed by the fulfilment of thank you letters sent to the people making the donation to the charity.

On-demand digital printing
We provide fast and efficient colour and monochrome printing of letters, forms, invoices, statements, brochures, leaflets, welcome packs etc with our Xerox Nuvera digital printers and our HP 7500 colour digital print press. These provide market leading quality and allow for variable text and images.

Print management and materials procurement
As well as handling digital printing in-house BTB Mailflight's print management and procurement team have over 30 years experience of sourcing other print and materials so can provide excellent prices and can manage the whole process. We simply need you to provide us with the artwork for your print and we will do the rest! We regularly procure the following print on behalf of clients: envelopes, letterheads, polybags, order forms, donation forms, leaflets, brochures, boxes etc.
