BTB Mailflight provide mailing and fulfilment services to a number of universities, this includes alumni and prospectus mailings, and fulfilment of prospectus requests. We work with the likes the University of Manchester and The London School of Economics.
Prospectus Request Fulfilment
BTB Mailflight can provide the solution for universities and colleges that want to outsource the handling of daily prospectus requests. Our solution includes:

Our sophisticated prospectus fulfilment system is designed to automatically download your data each day from your website or call centre (or our call centre), data is then linked to your personalised letter or label template that we will develop (multiple versions if necessary), addresses are printed and your prospectus is mailed out the same day.
As well as responding to individual prospectus requests we also handle the distribution of bulk orders e.g. to schools, colleges and exhibitions.
Prospectus and Alumni Magazine Mailing Campaign Fulfilment
As well as handling daily prospectus requests BTB Mailflight also have a mailing house division that specialises in the fulfilment of polywrapped mailings, this includes prospectus and alumni magazines.
We have 5 Sitma polywrapping lines and polywrap millions of items each year. Smaller mailings can be polybagged or enveloped by hand.
As well as polywrapped mailings we can produce other direct mail packs too. Whether it’s a simple postcard mailing or a complex mailer with numerous inserts and variations, we can provide the solution.
International Postal Solutions
With our inkjetting capabilities we can print variable postal indicias while we polywrap prospectus and alumni magazines so universities benefit from using the international postage service that offers the best price to the destination that specific item is going to.
Alternatively we can print carrier sheets that provide the same benefits, with the addition of being more personal and including more information.
