Order fulfilment: Reports
With secure online access to your reports you remain in control of your order fulfilment activities. We work with Microsoft's SQL Server and Reporting Services to provide and maintain flexible reports for
clients and for in-house usage. Examples of reports that can be provided include:
- Stock levels report
- Stock movement report by week
- Stock reorder report
- Orders by source
- Orders by media code
- Orders by campaign code
- Orders by country
- Orders by payment method
- Orders by pack
- Orders by date
- Orders by picklist
- Top selling items
- Customer loyalty
- Backlog report
- Cancelled orders
- Suspended orders
- Items by number of despatches
Our system is easy to navigate and provides information in a user friendly format. The report data can also be exported into Excel for you to do with as you please.
As well as reviewing reports online you can also have access to elements of the system, in fact different access permission levels can be set for different users within your business. So you may be able to add an order yourself, or update the details of a customer, or track an order.
