Order fulfilment: Sending us your order details
Orders acquisition can be automated by 3 methods or we can process orders into the system in our Contact Centre i.e. phone calls and postal orders. As well as receiving data feeds or files directly from you we can also integrate with other online stores such as Amazon.
The brief descriptions and diagrams below illustrate our processes.
Scheduled service [FULL AUTOMATION]
This method involves no human interface, for this we have SSIS for Integrated Services to automate order intake from external client sites at scheduled times of the day. We will provide our XML template.
Online real time [FULL AUTOMATION]
This method involves no human interface, clients integrate our existing Webservice to their system so we receive orders in real-time and they can check real-time information, send out real-time despatch confirmation emails to customers etc. We will provide our XML template.
Order import [HALF AUTOMATION]
This method will involve a Staff to click the import button. For this our client sends us a file or gives us access to their orders in a specified location agreed with BTB, staff will pick the order file and click the IMPORT button in our system to take care of the orders creation in our System. Staff only serve as trigger point for this process. We will supply our template file layout.
Order capture via Contact Center [STAFF MANAGED]
This involves a staff taking normal Contact Center orders and processing them through the system.
