BTB Mailflight provides the complete efulfilment service to a number of ecommerce businesses, as well as larger organisations and charities that also have an ecommerce shop. In fact the growth of our efulfilment client base is the main reason we moved to our new 63,000 sq ft order fulfilment centre in 2008. 
As well as integrating with your websites we can also take order feeds from other online shops i.e. we can handle your Amazon fulfilment etc.
Getting set up is simple, our storage and pick and pack pricing is very competitive, and we provide low cost postal and courier rates including:

How our efulfilment service works
- Your customers place their orders on your website, and payment is authorised.
- We receive notification of orders through web integration or batch file download. We can also process orders at our Call Centre. Find out more >>
- We print off pick notes, and pick the orders from your stock held in our warehouse.
- We pack the orders using the most appropriate packaging (which we can buy for you at trade prices).

Examples of our efulfilment work
We handle efulfilment for single product and multi-product ecommerce clients. For example Slanket.com is a US based ecommerce business with one product 'the slanket', which after much popularity in the USA was launched in Europe and we fulfil these orders.
thatcuteage.com however is an online store selling hundreds of baby products from clothing and toys to furniture, this was a small home-run business that needed to outsource to cope with demand and their success has continued since we took over the fulfilment in 2006.

Getting set up
Before we can start to pick and pack your webshop orders we need to get you set up, this should be a fairly simple process and involves the following:
- Pricing is confirmed, Ts and C's signed, and you are introduced to our Implementation Manager.
- You tell us what you need from the system, what reports you need, and your operational and despatch requirements.
- We agree on how we will receive your order data i.e. web services integration or file download. More info >>
- We configure the system and workflows to meet your needs, and set up pick notes and reports.
- You send us your stock and stock information i.e. codes, descriptions, quantities etc.
- We set up your stock in our warehouse, and input the details onto our IT system.
- We test the system and train our staff.
- We work together to document the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- You are introduced to an Account Executive who becomes your main day to day contact.
- We go live!
- Account review meeting to be held after 4 weeks, Implementation Manager moves away from your account.

Our picking and packing processes are system driven as is stock control, we also employ reliable and experienced staff, so our error rates are very low. The fulfilment system also provides an audit trail so on the rare occasion a picking error occurs we can identify the cause and make sure it doesn't happen again.

A dedicated Account Manager

Our ecommerce fulfilment prices
We have produced a DIY pricing calculator using Microsoft Excel, this lists our ecommerce fulfilment services and prices so you can input your own volumes i.e. order volumes, number of pallets in stock etc and the
tool will calculate the estimated monthly totals and an average price per order fulfilled by us. All pricing is itemised and in addition to storage and pick and pack prices we can also provide prices for postage, courier, and packaging materials.
We will input some starting values based on our conversation with you, but then you can change these so you can see what effect a peak or drop in demand would have.
