How our system integrates with the back end of ecommerce websites. Our inhouse system developers work with Adobe's ColdFusion which is a market leading software platform so our systems can easily work off the backend of ecommerce websites. Receiving your order data
We host fulfilment accounts on our secured web server which would give you access to a http post functionality which accepts xml content. As your orders are confirmed as ok to despatch (presumably after payment) you would then send an http post holding an agreed xml structure to the BTB Mailflight web server. We would read in this order, check everything is ok and then return a response i.e. 1=ok, 2=fail, 3=duplicate
Sending you, or your customers, order confirmations
These orders are then available for immediate despatch at our warehouse. At the point of despatch we have the facility to send your server a despatch feed with the following being the most used information:
1) Your order number
2) Our order number
3) Carrier service used
4) Tracking number
This info could then be imported to your systems for customer updates etc. We can also send a branded email to your customer letting them know that their order has been despatched if you require us to.
Updating your online stock system
Our warehousing system updates the web based fulfilment account with any physical stock alterations (for whatever reason,adjustments/picks/returns…..) in real time. We then give access to another web service where you can post an xml packet and we return the stock level at any time you require.

What can we handle?
We can receive downloads of order data from you, or integrate our efulfillment system into the back end of your website. Our warehousing is flexible, we can offer bulk storage, paletised and racked storage, and pigeon hole type picking faces as well as extra-secure storage and fulfilment areas.

Contact Centre support
As well as processing your online orders we also have a Contact Centre that can support your ecommerce business by handling your customer queries or orders by phone, post and email. Offering these response channels as well as internet communication is often seen as a benefit by ecommerce customers.
Direct mail campaign fulfilment
Our direct mail division can also handle any supporting marketing mailing activity such as brochure mailings, postcard mailings, and catalogue requests.
