Our direct mail fulfilment services are ISO9001:2008 accredited and we are DMA approved. Envelope enclosing
Our multi-station Buhrs BB300 and CMC envelope enclosing machines are able to insert letters, leaflets, brochures etc into envelopes at very high speeds keeping our prices low:
- Up to six inserts.
- DL to C4 envelope sizes.
- Windowed and non-windowed envelopes.
- Plain and printed envelopes.
Laser printing
With our market leading Xerox Nuvera monochrome digital printers we provide fast and efficient sheet-fed printing. We also have the Oce Pagestream 440 continuous laser production lines which is suitable for very high volume runs, printing on paper reels or fanfolded paper.

Inkjet printing
Our inkjetting technology is the Domino Amjet Bitjet 212 Inkjet Printing Systems. This provides high quality fast inkjetting of:
- Names and addresses.
- Variable postal indicia.
- Barcodes.
- Return addresses.
- Messages.
We print directly onto a variety of items including envelopes. brochures, catalogues, one-piece mailers, and polythene wrap.
Trimming, guillotining, and folding
We have machinery to undertake a variety of print finishing activities:
- MBO530 – Continuous feeder @ 30.000 per hr with 6 fold plates and 4 plate cross fold unit.
- MBO Z2 Knife Fold.
- Buhrs Quarter Folder.

Polywrapping and inserting
We have 5 Sitma polywrapping lines and polywrap millions of catalogues, brochures, magazines, reports etc each year. Our polywrapping lines are equipped with:
- Online inkjet addressing.
- Carrier-sheet insertion.
- Capacity for up to 10 inserts.
- Selective insertion of 3 inserts.
- A covermounter.
- Strapper.
- Missing product and double sheet detectors.

Handwork
Our team of handworkers produce mail that is not machinable, or is too low volume to justify setting up a machine. This includes polybagging, collation, kitting, bellybanding, enclosing into jiffy bags and boxes etc.
Lettershop
Our Xerox Nuveras are market leading monochrome printers that enable us to handle print on demand as well as high volume print runs with quick turnaround times and exceptional quality. These printed pieces can then be folded and enclosed into envelopes. Examples of what we can offer includes fulfilment of:

Sorting, bagging, tagging, strapping and paletisation
We are experienced in adhering to the requirements of the various postal operators that collect from us. We make mailings ready for collection by Royal Mail, alternative UK postal services, international postal operators, and courier companies every day. Wherever possible these processes are automated to reduce costs and improve production speeds and quality.

Production planning and account management
We appreciate the need to be as accurate and flexible as possible with production schedules. Our plans are communicated effectively at morning and afternoon cross-functional planning meetings, and schedules are available to be viewed on our intranet and on a 42” plasma screen in the Production Planning department. So when clients contact their Account Executive to find out the status of their job, or to see if we have space to fit in a mailing the information is easily available.
Accurate pricing and scheduling
We are able to accurately predict our machine running speeds and our costs because we have built a database of past job information over many years, so we can be confident that our pricing is accurate and sustainable and that schedules are planned accurately so that jobs are completed on time.
