This includes receipt of mail, mail sorting and batching, opening, scanning, data capture, banking, reconciliation, and archiving. Followed by the fulfilment of thank you letters sent to the people making the donation to the charity.

Do you keep in touch with your donors through a magazine or newsletter? Many charities do, and magazine mailings are a core service provided by BTB Mailflight. BTB Mailflight's print management and procurement team have over 30 years experience of sourcing print and materials so can provide excellent prices and can manage the whole process. We simply need you to provide us with the artwork for your print and we will do the rest!
