Our packet and parcel solution is based on us fulfiling the mail too, or collecting a minimum number of packets/parcels on a regular basis. We do not handle one-off consigments for the public.

UK and international courier services
We handle thousands of despatches on behalf of many clients so are therefore able to get trade rates from the courier companies shown below, these are much cheaper than their standard tariffs.
We provide a mix of trackable and signed-for courier options, delivering to residential and business addresses, with 24 hour, 48 hour, and 2-3 day delivery options for the UK, and priority and standard international courier services.
We also have a subsidiary company, Mailflight Courier Services, they are based near Heathrow and specialise in international courier services for businesses, they make collections from the London area and deliver worldwide. Their services include:
- 24hr, 7 day a week international courier operation
- Timed and weekend deliveries worldwide
- Same day deliveries to Western Europe and USA
- Domestic next day and timed deliveries
- Same day by air to UK airport cities
- Internet track and trace
- Air and road freight services for bulk shipments.
Standard UK mail packet distribution
Royal Mail is no longer the only option for delivering packets in the UK. We provide our own Downstream Access solution for packet deliveries which can provide substantial savings over some Royal Mail prices, up to 10% cheaper than Royal Mail Second Class!
We do of course also handle the full range of Royal Mail services for packet and parcel distribution, and because we mail such high volumes through these services we achieve discounts too:
International packet distribution
We have been one of the UK's leading international mailing houses for over 25 years and in March 2008 we became part of the La Poste Group (Europe's second largest postal and fulfilment group) so we provide one of the widest range of international mailing services and options in the market.
Our international postage prices are some of the lowest available, and our IMDAS Accreditiation proves that our services are reliable.

M-Bags: international mail weighing 2KG - 11KG
Normal international mail is designed for up to two kilos per piece, so some companies will automatically recommend a courier service for heavier mail, however BTB Mailflight's M-Bag service is probably often a more suitable option.
With M-Bags you can place as much mail as you can for one address into our specifically designed bags with a weight limit of eleven kilos. M-Bags are individually priced and are much more cost effective, as there are lower sortation and delivery costs.
