Established in 1969, BTB Mailflight is one of the UK's most experienced companies in the mailing and fulfilment industry. We employ over 180 people and our group turnover is approximately £25 million.
BTB Mailflight is still run by the founding family, but we also have the backing of La Poste who acquired the majority share of the company in March 2008. La Poste are not involved in the day to day running of the business and we are in no way limited to using La Poste's postal services, but as part of the La Poste Group we are part of Europe's second largest postal and fulfilment Group (turnover 20 billion euros) which will ensure we go from strength to strength.
We have a 43,000 sq ft mail fulfilment division (left photo) and a 63,000 sq ft order fulfilment centre (right photo) (pick and pack operation with Contact Centre), both are located in Bedford, approximately 50 miles north of London, with excellent road links as both the A1 and M1 are very nearby. We also have an operation located at Heathrow and our own UK and international postal solutions.
We provide value for money fulfilment services, balancing price with quality, and as well as being accredited by the Direct Marketing Association (DMA) we have also achieved the ISO9001:2008 quality standard and other industry accreditations.
We specialise in the fulfilment of marketing material, literature and products for a wide variety of organisations, from large corporates and publishers, through to smaller online businesses and charities.
Many of BTB Mailflight's employees have worked here for 10, 20 and even 30 years! This helps contribute to the ethic of hard work, loyalty and continuous improvement throughout the company. BTB Mailflight is also a very progressive business, we continually invest in the latest technology and equipment, and work toward industry best practice guidelines set by the likes of the Direct Marketing Association and Mail Consolidators Association.
