Envelope inserting
Our multi-station Buhrs BB300, CMC, and Pitney Bowes envelope enclosing machines are able to insert letters, leaflets, brochures, invoices, etc into envelopes at very high speeds keeping our prices low. Our envelope inserting capabilities include:

• Up to six inserts.
• DL to C4 envelope sizes.
• Up to 10,000 per hour, selective inserting of primary document
• Camera and barcode/datamatrix reader to ensure 100% integrity
• Windowed and non-windowed envelopes.
• Plain and printed envelopes.
• From mailings of hundreds of mail pieces to millions of mail pieces. 

Digital and laser printing (colour and monochrome)

With our market leading Xerox Nuvera monochrome digital printers we provide fast and efficient sheet-fed printing.

We also have the Oce Pagestream 440 continuous laser production lines which is suitable for very high volume runs, printing on paper reels or fanfolded paper.

Our HP Indigo 7500 is the best quality colour digital printer available, and we print brochures, postcards, direct mail, leaflets, etc.

Inkjet printing
Our inkjetting technology is the Domino Amjet Bitjet 212 Inkjet Printing Systems. This provides high quality fast inkjetting of:

• Names and addresses.

• Variable postal indicia.

• Barcodes.

• Return addresses.

• Messages.

We print directly onto a variety of items including envelopes, brochures, catalogues, one-piece mailers, and polythene wrap.

Trimming, guillotining, and folding
We have machinery to undertake a variety of print finishing activities:

• Folders to produce leaflets, brochures, menus, direct mail, etc.

• Cutters to produce direct mail, postcards, business cards, etc.

• Laminating and labelling machines, etc.

We have 5 Sitma polywrapping lines and polywrap millions of catalogues, brochures, magazines, reports etc each year. Our polywrapping lines are equipped with:

As well as mechanised mail production we have a team of handworkers so we offer maximum flexibility.

Our team of handworkers produce mail that is not machinable, or is too low volume to justify setting up a machine. This includes:

• Polybagging

• Collation

• Kitting

• Bellybanding

• Enveloping

• Enclosing into jiffy bags and boxes etc

By employing handworkers as well as machines we can usually meet the needs of all of our clients, whether you have a simple mailing or complex packaging requirement.

We are experienced in adhering to the requirements of the various postal operators that collect from us. We sort mail and make it ready for collection by Royal Mail, alternative UK postal services, international postal operators, and courier companies every day.

Wherever possible these processes are automated to reduce costs and improve production speeds and quality. Typically this involves sorting the data before the mail is produced rather than sorting the mail pieces, and we can also format addresses and print barcodes where necessary to achieve the best postage rates.
