Inkjetting (addressing, indicias, barcodes)
Inkjetting, or inkjet addressing, is the term used to describe the process of printing variable names and addresses onto mail pieces using inkjetting printers.
BTB Mailflight use the Domino Bitjet inkjetting systems. Domino's inkjet system solutions are unrivalled in high-volume mailing applications. Such inkjetting systems enable mailing houses to increase the efficiencies of their operation whilst increasing value to their customer's publications.
The flexibility of Domino equipment ensures that Domino inkjet systems are readily deployed on most production lines. With agreements already established with many of the major mailing houses Domino can provide a complete solution to meet the specific inkjetting requirements in the mailing sector.

BTB Mailflight mainly use inkjet addressing on high volume polywrapping mailings i.e. magazine addressing, catalogue mailings, brochure campaigns etc, or, when addressing 'naked mailers' i.e. inkjet addressing postcards or catalogues.
As well as inkjet addressing BTB Mailflight also have laser printing capabilities, both cut sheet and continuous. This is more suitable for lower volume mailings, and for producing personalised letters.
