Brochure / Catalogue Polywrapping and Mailing Fulfilment
BTB Mailflight have five Sitma polywrapping lines and polywrap millions of catalogues and brochures each year. We are able to insert up to ten additional inserts on our polywrapping lines and can online inkjet names and addresses onto the catalogue or the polythene. We also fulfil small run catalogue mailings which can be polybagged or enveloped by hand.

We supply plain polythene wrap from 17 micron upwards and this can be plain or printed, and environmentally friendly polywrap is available.
As well as catalogue mailings we can produce other direct mail packs too. Whether it’s a simple postcard mailing or a complex enveloped mailer with numerous inserts and variations, we can provide the solution.

BTB Mailflight handle catalogue and brochure requests for some high profile companies.

Our sophisticated brochure / catalogue fulfilment system is designed to automatically download your data each day from your website or call centre (or our call centre), data is then linked to your personalised letter or label template that we will develop (multiple versions if necessary), addresses are printed and your catalogue or brochure pack is mailed out the same day.
As well as responding to individual catalogue and brochure requests we also handle the distribution of bulk brochure requests e.g. to travel agents, shops, supermarkets and exhibitions.

Catalogue mailings and postcards.
BTB Mailflight are responsible for polywrapping, addressing and mailing approximately 7 million Boden catalogues per annum. We also inkjet address and mail their postcards.
Catalogue request fulfilment
Boden receive thousands of catalogue requests per day from potential customers in the UK and overseas. This includes online catalogue requests, phone calls to their call centre and postal requests.
BTB Mailflight store the catalogues and fulfil the requests with a same day turnaround SLA in place.
Brochure requests and Premier Club fulfilment
Included in the scope of the work we handle for Butlins are the following:
Providing fulfilment services for all Butlins brochure requests and Premier Club communications including telephone, SMS, interactive TV, website and coupon/postcard requests plus Premier Club invitation mailings, Welcome Packs and upgrade communications.
This includes Receipt of brochure request data and Premier Club data electronically Data capture of postcard and coupon information. Laser printing personalised letters to accompany brochures and Premier Club Welcome packs; Premier Club upgrade letters and Premier Club invitations.
Despatch including a number of different formats and outers e.g. polybags, folded items, non-standard pack sizes etc. Some ad hoc mailings are also undertaken.
Providing a system for management of all the catalogue request data and providing comprehensive reports and data back to Butlins regarding the brochures requested.
Providing a stock management facility including storage, stock auditing and reporting, and secure storage.
