Now that the UK postal market is open to competition BTB Mailflight are able to offer you a UK mailing solution that can provide significant cost savings over Royal Mail, as well as other benefits!

	Guaranteed 2 day delivery time (that’s faster than Mailsort 2!).
	Flexible pick up times.
	Each bag is sorted and tracked (not caged) so there is no risk of missrouting due to poor cage sortation.
	Proof of Delivery (POD) is available online.
	Excellent account management.
	Significant cost savings - save up to 10% on Mailsort 2! (sometimes it can even compete against Mailsort 3!).

It is easy to find out if switching from Royal Mail to our DownStream Access service would save you money!

Simply tell us the description of the mailing e.g. dimensions, weight & volume and what service you usually use i.e Mailsort 2 or 3. We will then calculate any savings that we could achieve for you.

We are licensed to print barcodes for CBC Mailsort mailings, and are able to print Mailsort OCR approved fonts. We can also set up PO Boxes and handle the mailing returns and responses.

Although we encourage client's to use their Royal Mail Account Manager as their first port of call for advice about Royal Mail's services and prices, we do have significant experience of Royal Mail and are happy to offer our knowledge about Mailsort and Presstream.

Alternative UK Mail Services
To encourage competition Postcomm has enforced Royal Mail to allow other operators access to their network of delivery offices for the 'final mile' of delivery. This is commonly termed "downstream access" and BTB Mailflight have developed our own DownStream Access Solution.

The mail is still hand delivered by Royal Mail's postmen and women, but instead of Royal Mail collecting the mail from us and undertaking the sortation themselves it is delivered into the local Royal Mail delivery offices by DHL (our haulage partner) after we have already sorted it.

This is how we save you money! In partnership with DHL we are able to undertake the processes up to the 'final mile' cheaper than Royal Mail can, so we can pass these cost savings on to you.

This service is only suitable to certain size and weight mail, but for suitable mailings the cost savings can be substantial! Several well known companies regularly use our postal service, and have made savings worth thousands of pounds. This includes:

Courier Services
