How we make sure you get our best international postage prices.

A screenshot of our system is below. It works in a similar way to the price comparison websites you have probably seen before.

We will input the dimensions and weight of your mail piece into our pricing profiler along with details of the delivery time needed, followed by the mailing country breakdown figures. The system then identifies which service offers the best prices to each individual country based on the details of this unique mailing.

The profiler includes the rates we have negotiated with a wide portfolio of operators including Royal Mail, La Poste, Deutsche Post, Swiss Post, Direct Link (Swedish Postal service), Mailflight, RMIetc as well as a number of private operators which specialise in magazine mailings in countries throughout Europe, Africa, South America, North America, Asia and Australia.

One global mailing could be mailed through multiple service providers to get the best price, each requiring different postal indicia, address formatting, and sortation, and we have the capabilities and experience to handle this, alternatively we can supply the instructions and postal indicia artwork to another printer/mailing house if we are only handling the postage and not the fulfilment so you still benefit from our low postage prices.
