We have a 63,000 sq ft pick and pack operation with contact centre, a 43,000 sq ft mailing fulfilment houses division, and our own UK and international postal solutions. We can receive data as data downloads, through website integration, or via email, postal, and telephone contact at our contact centre. We provide a comprehensive storage, pick and pack, fulfilment, and distribution solution, and our in-house software development team develop sophisticated CRM and fulfilment systems with reporting suites.
Our mailing fulfilment house division provides polywrapping, direct mail fulfilment, handwork, inkjet addressing, laser printing and mail sortation services, as well as data cleansing and print management services.
We produce millions of mail pieces per month that are either collected by Royal Mail or by the portfolio of other UK and International postal operators that make up our postal solution.

Both our pick and pack operation and contact centre, and our mail fulfilment houses operation are based in Bedford, approximately 50 miles north of London, with excellent road links as both the A1 and M1 are very nearby.
