Returns handing and response management
The aim of any direct mail campaign is to generate a response, and BTB Mailflight can handle those responses whether they are postal responses, phone calls or website orders.
We also andle any returned mail i.e. goneaways, return to senders etc, this mail can either be batched and returned to you, or we can data capture the information i.e. URN or name and address and send it to you as a data file.
