Data processing and document composition
We can supply bulk mailing lists for UK and international bulk mailings or simply process the data you already have. We can clean and prepare the data to help you save money and of course we sort data to Mailsort, Presstream and international bulk mail sortation standards. We can also process your artwork ready to print, including setting up documents and variable data fields.
Laser printing and colour digital printing
With our two market leading Xerox Nuvera printers we provide fast and efficient sheet-fed laser printing of letters, forms, invoice, etc that are to go in your bulk mailing. We also have the Oce Pagestream 440 continuous laser production line which is suitable for very high volume runs, printing on paper reels or fanfolded paper. These are used as address carrier sheets in most bulk mail we produce.
Our HP Indigo 7500 Printing Press provides the highest quality colour digital print available and we also have two Xerox 700 colour printers for simpler colour print work you are using in your bulk mail campaign.
Folding and finishing
We have a range of machinery for creasing, folding, trimming, guillotining, gluing, and laminating your print, this includes a Morgana booklet maker and business card cutter. We also have an impressive Kirk Rudy machine for tabbing self-mailers and applying labels. The kirk Rudy is perfect for bulk mail as it is high speed so we can handle high volumes of bulk mail and meet bulk mail mailing dates.

We have high speed multi-station Buhrs, CMC, and Pitney Bowes envelope enclosing machines. These are ideal for bulk mail as they are high speed bulk mail machines.

Inkjet printing
Our inkjetting technology is the Domino Amjet Bitjet 212 Inkjet Printing Systems and the Riso Inkjet Com Colour 7050. These provide high quality fast inkjetting of names and addresses, postal indicias, barcodes, return addresses, logos, and messages. They are ideal for bulk mailings.
Handwork
Our team of handworkers produce bulk mail that is not suitable to mechanised bulk mailing production. This includes polybagging, collation, kitting, bellybanding, and enclosing into jiffy bags and boxes.
Materials procurement and print management
We handle hundreds of bulk mailing campaigns a year so we buy materials in such high volumes that it gives us significant buying power. This includes envelopes, polythene, polybags, boxes, labels, paper, and print.

We obtain wholesale postal rates from UK postal providers. So instead of working directly with the likes of Royal Mail, UK Mail, DHL, and Secured Mail it could be cheaper for you to use our postal accounts for your bulk mailings.
If Royal Mail is the best option for your bulk mailing we can produce your bulk mailing to their requirements and sort it so you achieve maximum discounts i.e. Mailsort (including OCR and CBC), Presstream, Clean Mail, Advertising Mail, Sustainable Mail etc.

Most of the international bulk mail that we distribute is produced by us too, but we can also collect/receive bulk international mail from you and consolidate it at our operation near Heathrow before posting it internationally.
